1. Summary
DDSY51Z Single Phase Static Prepayment Carrier Wave Energy Meter (CPU Card),is designed with advanced micro chip according to international market demand. It confirms to CEI IEC62052-11-2003 Electricity metering equipment (a.c.) General requirements, tests and test conditions Part 11: Metering equipment; CEI IEC62053-21-2003 Electricity metering equipment (a.c.) Particular requirements Part 21: Static meters for active energy (classes 1 and 2) equipment, GB/T 18460-2001 CPU card prepaid energy meter and DL/T645-1997 Multi-function communication protocol.
DDSY51Z Single Phase Static Prepayment Carrier Wave Energy Meter (CPU Card) uses ADE7755 chip to measure energy consumption. Negative energy will be recorded as positive energy or independently; Wide operation temperature range; Infrared/PLC communication and magnetic relay control; High-security intelligent CPU Card to achieve prepayment function; Alarm and energy credit setting to make alarm and switch on/off if overrun .
2. Functions and Features
2.1 Active Energy measurement; negative energy can be recorded as positive energy or independently; Data can be stored more than 20 years under no energy
2.2 Manufacturers and Card Issuing Dept. can manage encrypted key, data items/parameters setting with CPU card
2.3 Card Issuing Dept. needs to open account for the users when they purchase the card
2.4 Card Issuing Dept. can check and manage meter status with special Function Card
2.5 CPU Card is unique for one meter. If the card is inserted improperly or illegal card is used, the meter will indicate error message
2.6 If energy surplus is less than or equal to Alarm Energy 1, the meter will turn on backlight, and Alarm LED will be kept in flashing
2.7 When energy balance is zero, the meter will switch off to remind the user to recharge. If "Credit energy" is 0, the meter will auto switch on and stop alarming only after the users recharge it. If "Credit energy" is not zero, the meter will restore the power supply when the user inserts the card into meter. If the user didnt recharge it in time, the meter will switch off again when "Credit energy" runs out. Only after being recharged, the meter will restore power supply
2.8 Meter reading via infrared or PLC mode
2.9 Pulse LED, Reverse energy LED; Alarm LED will be kept in flashing when energy surplus is lower. When the relay is switched off, Alarm LED will be kept on
2.10 LCD display: 6 integers + 2 decimals
